Strip redundant std::string usage from tests.
Done by command: git grep -l ASSERT_EQUALS | xargs sed -i 's|ASSERT_EQUALS(std::string(\(".\+"\)),|ASSERT_EQUALS(\1,|' Should be no functional change.
