Add windows configuration tests (#1053)

Implemented tests for the following windows configurations (more will
follow):
-Semaphore usage
-lstrcat function configuration
-_countof macro configuration
-Mutex usage
-Library usage (LoadLibrary, GetProcAddress, ...)
