* astutils.cpp: do not perform calls in `isVariableChangedByFunctionCall()` until necessary
* tokenize.cpp: small `hasIfDef()` optimization
* use `unordered_map` for `CheckUnusedFunctions::FunctionUsage::mFunctions` / adjusted test case
