Support clang tidy (#2564) 
* add basic clang-tidy support in the same way as in the GUI

* fix native path

* fix some code styles

* fix cppcheck findings

* only do clang-tidy if set in the project file

* fix handling if folders have spaces

* make clang-tidy error message parser more robust
