Rewrote the charvar checker. It now uses valueflow also to limit false negatives.

#7023 segmentation fault (invalid code) in astIsIntegral. Avoid crash, unfortunately there is no syntax error yet detected.

- Accessible via Token::type()
- Renamed former Token::type() to Token::tokType()
- Removed SymbolDatabase::isClassOrStruct()
