This is a step onto leveraging the `ThreadExecutor` implementation for
`ProcessExecutor` which is a follow-up to #4870. We need to have the
proper test coverage and the existing implementations working as
expected before we move to the shared code.
Fixes:
- added `--showtime=` tests for all executor implementations
- only print `--showtime=summary` once at the end
- prevents `--showtime=` by multiple threads to be written at the same
time - essentially breaking the output
- reset the timer results before each test
- deprecated `top5` in favor of `top5_file`
- fixed printing for all executors except `ProcessExecutor`
* cppcheck.cpp: Check for JSON error when parsing addon .json files
This fixes that errors in JSON files given via `--addon=*.json` are
silently ignored and maybe only a part of the JSON file is used.
Now the error message which picojson can return is checked and a
corresponding error message is returned again by getAddonInfo().
* naming.json: Fix missing comma
* CLI: Fix naming violations detected by addon naming.py via naming.json
* Addon naming: Add argument for validating names of constants
* LIB: Rename functions/variables so they are valid, loosen naming rules
* GUI: Fix naming violations
Updated VS9 solution
New VS10 solution that builds cppcheck into a dll used by cli and testrunner.
Functional changes and advantages of new solution:
- Share code between testrunner and cli; ability to share code with gui as well (not yet implemented)
- Files of /lib are no longer compiled twice (should improve build time on single core machines)
- Added configuration for building with PCRE support
- Executables are build into /bin (/bin/debug in debug mode) folder (Should no longer require rebuild when switching between debug and release)
- Completely x64 compatible (contains also x64-debug configuration now)
