I fixed the AST enough to pass testrunner but I don't believe it is
correct.
This code:
void Foo4(int&&b);
has this AST:
( 'void'
|-Foo4
`-&& 'bool'
|-int
`-b 'signed int'
but I don't believe && should have `bool`.
