Fix PYTHONEXT error in makefile
Fixes bug report #16 Installation with filename extension override fails from philipp. It noted that 'make PYTHONEXT=.py install fails because it tries to copy "flawfinder.py".' Thanks for the report!! Signed-off-by: David A. Wheeler <dwheeler@dwheeler.com>
