Behdad Esfahbod 6463ee02d6 Speed up ClassDef/Coverage intersect methods 
Just avoiding overhead as measured by Garret.
Should rewrite as dagger in the future and confirm that it has the
same benefits. Later on, rewrite as lfind() maybe.
