Martin Ettl c391a03db6 added acos() check to ticket #1513; added testcases for MathLib::toDoubleNumber(), now double conversion of zeros is handled correctly; changed assertEquals() function of testsuite parameters from unsigned int to double. Kimmo Varis 839a81a865 Move build products to Build and BuildTmp folders. 
This avoids polluting source folders with created/temp files. Also makes it
