Guus Sliepen 3ddba1af85 Add debris explosion sound.
This is one of the two sounds played when debris from a large object (like an
asteroid or boss) explodes. This one uses a random spline function instead of
filtered noise

README

In order to create the sound files, you need the following packages
installed:

- csound
- vorbis-tools

The .csd files contain the source code that describes the sound effect. These
are rendered by csound to a .wav file, which is converted to .ogg using oggenc.
