Fixes #37 and #39 Adds tooltips to everything
- A tooltip on first play will explain how it works
- A tooltip on levelup will display skill info
- A setting is introduced to disable tooltips

Limit the number of daggers carried.
There is a "dagger count" on the player now. Also added the "dagger"
item that can be dropped by monsters.
